Hey Jessica, through watching your vlog post it becomes very clear where you stand on the topic and the issues that come along with it.I think your explanation of the articles you read really showed the impact parents have on the classroom. I enjoyed how you gave examples of things that can help teachers form positive relationships with parents such as good news phone calls, and with students such as going to their sporting events. Personally I feel that showing an interest in your students interests can only strengthen the connection you have with them. It is something that I do with my gymnasts and have found it to be very successful. Overall I enjoyed your vlog and reading your blog over the semester, best of luck in the future.
